Table S3. GO functional enrichment analysis of predicted candidates with dependence on the network and the validation set. For each network we have in columns: the enriched GO term (ID and name), the number of predicted genes associated with this GO term (# of genes), and the associated p-value (P-value using FuncAssociate). A total of eight tables are provided as results are obtained for four networks and two validation sets (KeyWord validation identified by KW and ProMiner validation by PM).
